Background
Xenon Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. originally established in the late 1950’s is one of the oldest Pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan and is amongst the pioneers of the Industry in the country. The company rapidly expanded in the 1990’s under the leadership of CEO Dr. Zulfiqar Ahmad Malik, who bought the company when he shifted back to Pakistan from United States of America, where he was trained as a Medical Doctor and practiced there for almost 2 decades as a Pediatrician.
Overview
A Doctor, Lawyer & Pharmacist by profession, the new CEO soon introduced new innovative products to the Pakistan Industry. Xenon has a strong Pediatric segment amongst which are products for which we are the only manufacturers in the Pakistani market. Products such as Salinase, Steron & Debritone soon become the No.1 choice for Pediatricians around the country. We have more than 10 Manufacturing sections including Syrup, Tablet, Capsule, Derma etc. and more than 250 registered products with Psychiatry, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and Respiratory sectors being the strongest. We are a very quality conscious company and are ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified.
Our Vision
The company has diversified its business over the past decade by venturing into the Nutraceutical/Herbal Business through its consumer health division and is constantly looking for global partners to collaborate with. We have seen rapid expansion over the past few years through our increasingly export oriented approach. To fulfill these increasing demands the company is building a new manufacturing unit and envisions getting the top most global certifications to further enhance our marketability.
